Dosage & Directions for Use
TotalCalm™ helps you relax in as little as fifteen minutes and continues working for up to eight hours. TotalCalm™ calms more quickly when taken on an empty stomach, but it remains effective when taken with food. (Expect relief in 15-30 minutes on an empty stomach and 30-60 minutes on a full stomach.)
* For occasional stress, anxiety and worry: Take one capsule, mornings on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed two capsules at once. When taken as directed, TotalCalm™ is not addictive or habit-forming.

Possible Side Effects
Many people that take TotalCalm™ experience NO side effects. When side effects do occur, they tend to be mild and often go away.
Possible side effects include:
• drowsiness
• headache
• restlessness
• increasing the effects of sedative drugs
When taken as directed, TotalCalm™ is not addictive or habit-forming. Exceeding the recommended dose for many months however, may lead to mild withdrawal symptoms upon discontinuation. Please read the dosage and directions before taking TotalCalm™.
Drug Interactions
TotalCalm™ is an extremely safe supplement and can be taken with most prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Before taking TotalCalm™, talk your doctor if you are taking muscle relaxants, other sleep or anxiety medicines, pain medicines, seizure medicines, or other medicines that cause drowsiness. TotalCalm™ may increase the sedative effects of these drugs.
Do not consume excessive quantities of alcohol while taking TotalCalm™. TotalCalm™ may increase the sedative effects of alcohol.
Do not take TotalCalm™ if you are currently taking an MAOI or have taken an MAOI within the past two weeks.
Contraindications and Precautions
When taken as directed, TotalCalm™ is safe and poses no short-term or long-term health risks.
TotalCalm™ may cause mild drowsiness. Use caution when driving or operating heavy machinery until you are familiar with the effects of TotalCalm™.
TotalCalm™ may increase the sedative effects of alcohol. Do not drink alcohol with TotalCalm™ until you are familiar with the effects of TotalCalm™. Avoid consuming excessive amounts of alcohol while taking TotalCalm™.
Talk to your doctor before taking TotalCalm™ if you have liver disease or damage.
When taking as directed, TotalCalm™ is not addictive or habit-forming. If you wish to stop taking TotalCalm™ after taking the supplement daily for more than one month, we recommend that you gradually taper down your dose over 7-21 days. Although abrupt discontinuation is not unsafe, discontinuing gradually may reduce the likelihood of anxiety-related symptoms returning.
Pregnant and nursing women should not take TotalCalm™ (or any natural supplement) without the approval of a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended dose of 1 to 2 capsules daily. Exceeding the maximum dose is not dangerous, although it may result in drowsiness or discomfort.
